Process of Admission

  • Verify your Aadhaar number seeded/linked with your mobile number through the link https://resident.uidai.gov.in/aadhaarverification, well in advance.
  • Link your mobile number with your Aadhaar number, name, gender and date of birth as per SSC/Intermediate Certificate, well in advance.
  • Visit https://dost.cgg.gov.in
  • You have to pay Rs. 200/- online to register on DOST
  • One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your Aadhaar linked mobile number.
  • Once you receive OTP, login for further registration process
  • DOST ID will be generated based on your hall ticket and this will be valid and referred to till the process of admission is completed
  • The admissions will be made in three phases

Essential Documents required for Admissions:

o Aadhaar number
o Mobile Number linked to Aadhaar number
o Colour photograph
o Caste Certificate (with CND number and sub-caste), if applicable
o Income Certificate, on or after 01.01.2018
o Games and Sports Certificate, if applicable
o N.C.C. Certificate, if applicable
o Extra Curricular Certificate, if applicable
o Physically Handicapped Certificate, if applicable
o Ex- service Men Certificates, if applicable
These certificates should be kept ready.

Important Suggestions:

o Enter your Aadhaar Number without any mistakes
o Do not lose your mobile number till you complete the Admission Procedure
o Choose your web options carefully
o Do not choose the courses or medium in which you are not interested
o After paying the course fee ensure that your seat is confirmed Online by the Principal of the College
o Approach any nearest Help Line Centre to resolve your problems, if any

Filling in the form

  • The candidates should fill in the Application forms in their own handwriting.
  • Candidates should submit their application.

Originals & Copies of the following Certificates (3 Sets)

  • Transfer Certificate form the Institution where the Candidate last studied.
  • SSC Memorandum of Marks.
  • Intermediate Long Memo
  • Migration Certificate by students coming from CBSE.
  • Bonafide Certificate from Ist Class to Inter.
  • Income Certificate of the parent/guardian.
  • Nativity Certificate from Mandal Revenue Officer.
  • Caste/Community Certificate from an officer, not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer.
  • Passport Size Colour Photos 10 Copies.

Selection of the Students

  • Selection of the Students will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Osmania University.
  • A provisional list of candidates selected for admission will be displayed on the college Notice Board and no postal intimation will be sent. All admissions are provisional.
  • Selected Candidates should appear for a personal interview with the Principal in the college with all the Original Certificates, before the last date for payment of fees.
  • The college reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate at any stage if it is detected that the admission is against the rules and regulations of the University.

Fee Payment

  • The college fee has to be paid in full at the time of admission.
  • The fees paid by the candidate shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor adjusted for future admissions whether the student attends the classes or not.

Second Language & Optional Subjects

  • Change of medium will be permitted at the degree level if the candidate has secured a minimum of 40% marks in English in the qualifying examination. (i.e., Intermediate Public Examination or its equivalent).
  • Optional subjects, and the Second Language once selected by the candidate cannot be changed after the closing date of admission as declared by the Osmania University.

 

Change of address, Mobile Number & Whats App Number

In case of change in permanent / contact address, students are required to incorporate the same in the Registration cards to be filled by them at the beginning of every semester. If there is a change in the middle of any semester, students can forward an application for change of address to the College office through the Administrative Officer.
